ABOUT THE FIRM

Bachara Construction Law Group opened on September 1, 2007 when Chip Bachara, Brian Crevasse, Brent Zimmerman, paralegal, Brenda deVaux and legal assistant, Diane McGovern left Smith, Gambrell & Russell to form a new firm dedicated to representing clients in construction-related disputes.

December 2007, we welcomed Julie Ginden Sears into the firm for the initial purpose of handling the insurance coverage disputes that have become an integral part of the practice. Julie and Chip worked together previously at Baumer, Bradford & Walters where Julie handled a variety of commercial litigation matters in addition to her insurance coverage practice.
