Board Certification
Chip Bachara was in the inaugural class of Board Certified Construction Lawyers, a designation given by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization for lawyers who have practiced construction law extensively for at least five years, have received favorable peer review ratings indicating sufficient capability in handling construction law issues and passed a rigorous written exam demonstrating the applicant’s knowledge of complex construction law issues.
The Best Lawyers in America
In 2009 and again in 2010, Chip Bachara was recognized by Woodward Wright Publishing and included in their publication “The Best Lawyers in America” for the category of construction litigation. The Best Lawyers in America is based upon peer review and selection is limited to the top 1% of lawyers in their respective fields.
Florida Super Lawyers
Chip has been named a “Florida Super Lawyer” since the inception of this designation in 2006. Florida Super Lawyers is a peer review process sponsored by Law & Politics recognizing the top 5% of lawyers in their particular field. In 2009 and 2010, Brent Zimmerman and Brian Crevasse were recognized as Rising Stars in the Legal Profession (top 2.5% of Lawyers under the age of 40) by Law & Politics.

Martindale Hubbell, the oldest legal directory in the United States, has identified Chip Bachara as an “AV” rated lawyer, the highest designation given by Martindale Hubbell.
