ARBITRATION OF CONSTRUCTION DISPUTES
Because of the specialized nature of construction disputes, most contracts specify that disputes will be resolved through private arbitration or some other method of alternative dispute resolution. Bachara Construction Law Group has experience handling cases in front of private arbitration panels representing the parties to arbitration as well as serving as the arbitrator in construction claims. Our involvement on behalf of a client includes not only representation in the arbitration itself, but we also counsel our client as to whether there may be any objection(s) available to assert to prevent arbitration or the enforcement of an arbitration provision, and, if so, whether such is advisable under the circumstances.
