BRIAN CREVASSE

Brian has extensive experience in all areas of construction litigation, including complex construction defect cases, professional negligence claims involving design professionals, contract disputes, including disputes involving AIA form agreements, payment disputes between owners, contractors and subcontractors, lien law issues, payment bond claims, surety bond claims, bid protests, delay claims and insurance coverage disputes. He has successfully handled matters in both state and federal courts, including a complete defense verdict after a multi-week trial in the US District Court for the Middle District of Florida, as well as claims made in arbitration before the American Arbitration Association. Brian has represented clients in all areas of the construction industry, including large publicly held corporations, large commercial contractors, residential contractors, developers, owners, design professionals and government entities.

When Brian is not practicing law, he enjoys spending time at home in St. Augustine Beach with his wife and three children, running marathons, surfing, reading, and traveling to his hometown of Gainesville to watch Gator sports.
