While most construction related defects involve subtler forms of damage such as water intrusion, settlement cracks, etc., from time to time there are catastrophic failures that occur. These range from the collapse of a drainage vault system to the collapse of an entire building. Unfortunately, these cases can involve personal injury and sometimes death. Bachara Construction Law Group has been called upon to assist plaintiff’s counsel in catastrophic injury claims for the purpose of handling the specific issues related to the design and/or construction defects that may have led to the injury or death of the plaintiff.
