CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT DISPUTES

Disputes involving the rights and responsibilities of the various parties to a construction contract are the most common disputes that arise in the construction litigation arena. Almost every case that we handle involves some aspect of rights and responsibilities as set forth in the terms of the contract. We have extensive experience litigating industry standard contracts including the AIA series of construction contracts as well as the engineer’s joint contract documents commissions (EJCDC) documents.

Additionally, our extensive experience in courtroom battles concerning the interpretation of basic contract terms as they apply in construction contracts provides us with good insight as to how judges, arbitrators or juries may apply the facts in a given scenario.
